Pet Policy
Beechmill is a pet-friendly community! Cats and dogs are welcome here in our community! You may have up to two pets per apartment home with a non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent.
There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for one, or $500 for two. Our monthly pet fee is $35 for one pet and $50 for two. There is no weight limit, but breed restrictions apply.
